ProLine Push-Out Test Stand
The ProLine Push-Out Test Stand, also known as a push tester, checks the strength of sample welds to help fabricators ensure the quality of finished products with NIST-traceable components.
The standard ProLine Push-Out Test Stand uses a hand-operated pump to exert up to 5,000 lbs. force on weld nuts and studs. Low-force and higher-force test stands are also available.

Quality assurance doesn’t take up much space — The test stand has a small footprint, only 8″x18″x27″ (WxDxH) and weighs approximately 150 lbs. The steel stand and hand-operated jack are painted to resist corrosion.
The optional Quick Kit Adapter set (pictured below) help ensure test repeatability, while allowing for easy switching between tested fastener sizes.
