ProLine Push Out Test Stand

The ProLine Push-Out Test Stand, also known as a push tester, checks the strength of sample welds to help fabricators ensure the quality of finished products.

The ProLine system uses a hand-operated pump to exert up to 5,000 lbs. (2,250 kg) of force on weld nuts and studs. It measures force at the point of weld failure, or in a non-destructive mode. The Push-Out Test Stand includes a calibration certificate.

Quality assurance doesn’t take up much space — The test stand has a small footprint, only 8?x18?x27? (WxDxH) and weighs approximately 100 lbs. The steel stand and hand-operated jack are painted to resist corrosion.

The optional Quick Kit Adapter set (pictured left, below) help ensure test repeatability, while allowing for easy switching between tested fastener sizes.

The Push Out Test Stand comes in a custom crate for maximum protection during shipment. The unit arrives calibrated in your units of choice, ready to work. Several are kept in stock, and backorders/out-of-stock units may take 4-5 weeks for shipment.
